There is a certain group of people who are mentally ill and started posting malicious content on every consumer complaint portals. This ill-intent of competitor or rivals may spoil the reputation of this Land developer but won’t be able to strike them out from the market as long as TGS Layouts serves their consumer.
There are thousands of customers with TGS both for plots in layouts and flats in the apartment of TGS Constructions (TGS Layouts deals in land while TGS Constructions deals with residential flats in apartment). If I am not wrong then everyone in their life might have come across with people who are never satisfied in their entire life, they always wanted more and they never stop comparing themselves with other. TGS do have 4 or 5 disgruntled customers who are spitting venom on its reputation, which only shows their malicious intentions.
I am one among the plot owners of TGS Layouts I bought it when it was individually selling land as real estate portal site for Bangalore. I got all the legal documents of the land in due time and other than me there are hundreds of plot owner from my layout who can proudly say TGS has not done any fraudulence with their customers. Well these rumors are only the outcomes of infighting's between the land developers of Bangalore.
If these allegations are true then where are the pending cases against this land developer or any complaint in Government forums? NOTE: sites like Mouthshout.com, consumercomplaints.com, complaintboard.com are not government authorized. Here are who is (whois.com is a site information collection site) for these sites.

Now let us talk about the video which is published in YouTube as unrevealed truth of TGS Layouts and a series of few videos as truth of TGS Layouts. All these videos won’t fulfil any of your purpose of watching it. Believe me after watching the entire playlist I concluded as this video is made to know how nicely an employee has handled an annoyed customer, that’s all.

It is much easier to blame on someone for every small thing like unprofessional employees or a delay of few days in providing land documents. Even the name TGS is now started blamed for irrelevant things. I didn’t write this blog to educate the customers of TGS Constructions Pvt. Ltd, I wrote it for a good land developer, facing unjustification...

I, Mr. S Reddy came from Mangalore as my son started working here in Bangalore. I thought of giving my son something as a gift. A land plot would be something great, I thought. I was looking for a spot or a location at the outskirts of the city or a bit away from the Central Business Districts but the place should be equipped with good infrastructures, I thought. The options I had in mind were Kanakapura Road, Mysore Road, Kengeri, etc. I was looking plots for sale in Bangalore that were low priced but it should have bright prospects.
TGS Layouts was a company that I came across very recently and also came to know that they are selling land plots and layout lands at a very cheap price. I had doubt. I went to their offices and read the TGS Layout Reviews. Among many other options and the land plots that I visited when the company showed all their land properties I came across TGS Dhanalakshmi and selected it. What I saw was a land stretch of about five acres roughly and it was fenced. They said that they would lay roads and provide the basic facilities and would also provide all the amenities too like swimming pool, children’s play area, temple, gymnasium and many others. I agreed for it and so I am writing a review in the section of TGS Layouts Reviews.
I also read most of TGS Layouts Reviews and Complaints too on the internet. On an overall count it was fairly good except few of the comments. I did not believe all the negative comments that have been written because no one knows whether they are fake or original reviews. The company said they would give the possession in about ten months. I also talked with other customers and went through the feedbacks given by TGS customer and even contacted two of them who have bought plots there.
I would like other users and buyers or past customers to write TGS Dhanalakshmi reviews also like me or they may also share their complaints, feedback, comments, concerns and appreciations too.

How Good is Bangalore for NRIs!

Bangalore is a great destination, the Garden City as it was called earlier has been transformed to the IT Capital of India. A study revealed that in the time between 2011 and 2015, three lakhs of Indian professional working abroad were most likely to be the NRIs returning back to India, their birth place, to help the economy recover. Bangalore was the top among the cities to recruit the most number of NRIs in the country in 2013. Bangalore has been the house of most of the start-ups in the IT sector. Most of the denizens of Bangalore opine that the city offers lot of good things to stay in, like gardens, parks, open spaces, modern amenities and above all a cosmopolitan culture to bask comfortably in. Along with all these, the physical infrastructure and the social infrastructure of the place is also one of the best to be in. 

But as always there is the flip side of the coin too there are frequent traffic jams, climbing real estate prices, water and electricity scarcity and few others. The real estate prices of the land and property can be scary. The market watchers opine that the real estate prices of land plots can be anywhere between 6 lakhs and to a whooping Rs. 1 crore. But the NRIs trying to settle down in the IT Capital of India should be prepared for the odds too. Here we list few of the odds too and prior information and tips can make life much easier. Uncertainty of power and water

The people coming from abroad are not used to unpredictability, uncertainty, unorderly arrangements and surprises. The real estate situation of Bangalore is very dicey with ever escalation of prices due to rapid industrialization and infrastructure changes. So if one has to invest one should see the income generation and job generation potential of the place along with the infrastructures and connectivity and then make a comparison.
