A survey pointed out that 70 percent of the prospective customers look for the business reviews or online reviews for making a purchase decision. Sixty one percent of the people rely and trust on the reviews of the users of products or they do the research before they make a buying decision.

Thus any business house should encourage their customers to read and write reviews and also the potential customers should be encouraged to read and write customer reviews.

Every customers not only judge the products quality by the price, they are giving most importance to the product ratings and customer's feedbacks about the product. Customers are believing that customer's reviews help them to get good quality product.

Yes Hemanth, these days people are much more aware of online reviews, still whenever they are dissatisfied with any product or services they are using, they usually take help of consumer reviews site to post their bad experience or vice versa. So even though there is no guarantee of getting good quality product but at least you can avoid such products which are having more negative reviews by customers.
